Meditation: At One With Nature

Sit in a quite place where you can relax uninterrupted for about 5 minutes.

Take three deep breaths, in and out in your own time.

Close your eyes and let your body relax, lower your shoulders, relax your neck by letting it drop forward slightly, relax your forehead and let your mouth open slightly.

Imagine you are sitting on a large cozy blanket rug which is soft and inviting and you are resting peacefully against a large oak tree, above you is the most perfect blue sky without a cloud to be seen and in front of you is the most sundrenched beautiful field filled with tall green grass.

The grass is moving gently in a warm breeze swaying from left to right and then right to left. As the grass sways you follow it with your breath.

Breath in as it sways to the left and breath out as it sways to the right, repeat this a few times in your own breathing pattern, you are relaxed and happy, you find joy and peace in the vision above and in front of you.

You are totally supported by the Oak tree behind you and you feel grounded with comforting blanket you are resting on.

You are at peace with yourself and your life, grounding yourself in the hear and now and with nature..

Take three deep breaths and slowly open your eyes and smile. You are rejuvenated and ready to get on with your day ahead, knowing you can revisit anytime you feel a need to reconnect to nature and feel at one with yourself and the universe.

Have a wonderful day.
