You are a perfect representation of yourself right now. You are exactly where you have been heading for in the past few days, weeks, months and years. You are a creation of your own doing, and so enjoy who you are, where you are, and in, every aspect of your being.
Take a moment to reflect on this and, ask yourself if you like who you have become? If you do, then awesome, and a high five to you. Off you go, and have an amazing day, there is no need for you to read any further.
However, if you don’t like who you are, then why?
Are you a victim of circumstance?
Do you find that you blame others for where you are in your life?
Do you feel things are always being ‘done’ to you?
Well, sorry toots, you can’t blame someone else for your life. It is your life and it is up to you to make the most of it. That’s your job, not someone else’s.
Time to change.
So get back in connection with yourself and see if you are on the path you wish to be on, or somewhere along the line, have you veered off track.
If you find that you have come off the rails and, are heading in a direction that doesn’t feel right, then its time to make a change.
Stop where you are heading right now and change direction. You are the only one that can change the course of your life. No one else has the power, unless, of course, you have given it away, in which case get it back!
Get busy and write it down.
If you want to make changes in your life and don’t know where to start then write a list of things you would like to alter. Put your ideas on paper and watch how you start to see a picture emerging.
Change is a chain reaction, once you start to move thoughts onto paper you are starting to take action, and action is change.
Find yourself a motto.
A motto is a great starting point to help you keep on track. Just find the correct combination of words that will help you stay focused on what you want to achieve, and use those words every day. It could be a tag line that will keep you motivated in the right direction.
Mine is "Only Change Can Happen When You Change Yourself", and I will let you borrow it if you can’t think of your own for just now.
New directions.
Be on the look out for changes and enjoy where you are going now. It’s a new direction and one that will sustain you as long as you keep alert and authentic, you can’t go wrong.
Enjoy each challenge as you start to make your future the way you would like it to look in a few days, a few weeks, a few months and a few years.
